TOS: I can and will deny commissions from suspicious users with empty profiles or a sketchy past with commissioning artists. I may also reject you if I'm the first artist you are buying from. It's not personal, it's for my own safety.

You will not receive a refund after the commission is finished if you don't like it. You get plenty of chances to request changes during the sketch. If you attempt to issue a charge back after I completed your order, I will fight it and take you to court, if necessary.
If you commissioned an illustration, you own full rights to it and can do whatever you please. I will not care. Credit is optional as I will already have been compensated financially for the work, and is just an etiquette thing.

If you commissioned character sprites and they're used commercially, you're required to provide a commission of 50% of your earnings off my work. Private use is obviously free of charges (such as placing them on your website or using them decoratively on other profiles etc.)

Delivery time 1-5 business days. Time lapse included upon client request, be it for interest in my process, suspicion of being traced or AI generated images.
